    Currently, Muksun App app for Android has not been launched. However, you can easily install your Muksun video game directly on your Android without need for the app:

    1. When your game is ready, we sent you an email notifying you
    2. Click the game link in 'Install on android' section
    3. Follow your device instructions
    Where do i find my password for the Muksun Games app?

    Once you order your video game, we will send your Muksun Games credentials via email right away. 

    You can log in with these credentials in the Muksun Games app.

    Once your video game is ready, we will notify you. After that, you will be able to find your video game in My Library section in Muksin Games app

    How long do i need to wait for my personalised game to be ready?

    Development time depends of a game type, game theme and either it was ordered for individuals or businesses:

    For a Themed game (you picked a theme before purchasing a game)

    • for individuals: up to 5 days
    • for businesses: up to 10 days

    Fior a fully customised video game

    • for individuals: up to 5 days
    • for businesses: up to 10 days
    Where to find my game?

    Once your video game is ready, we will notify you. After that, you will be able to find your video game in My Library section in Muksin Games app 

    Click Download 

    Once your game is downloaded, go to Downloaded and click your game to play it.

    Our gifts are single-player first. We’re exploring couch co-op variants; ask us about early access.

    Can I request a fully custom game?

    Yes—scope, timeline, and pricing depend on complexity. Share your idea and we’ll estimate. If you want something beyond our preset templates or you want a game built for a company/business, we can build a completely custom game based on your idea. Contact us for a quote.

    Major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Pricing is shown in your currency at checkout.

    How do I receive my game?

    You’ll get a secure download link and a one-time key to unlock and play. Keep them safe.

    To install your game, you first need to install Muksun Games app that contains your game

     

    1. Download Muksun Games app (Beta version):

    2. Log in your account

    3.Go to My library, Install your game (if available)

    4. When your game is finished installation process, go to Downloaded and click it to play
