I’m not a game designer. What exactly do I need to provide?

You don't need any technical skills! We have a simple questionnaire right here on our website, so you can look through it and gather your ideas even before placing an order. We’ll ask for photos and fun facts about the main hero (or heroes!), plus details for anyone you want to include as sidekicks, friendly NPCs, or even the final boss. You can also add any personal messages, inside jokes, or wishes you'd like to appear in the game.
How do I actually present a digital game as a gift?

Since there's no physical box, you can get creative with how you present it! Our favorite method is turning the link into a QR code and printing it inside a physical greeting card — it makes for a fantastic surprise. You can also save the game onto a cool USB drive to hand over in person, or simply send the link in a congratulatory message.
What devices can the game be played on?

We build games for almost all popular platforms! You can easily play your custom game on Windows, Mac, and Android. We also support iOS (iPhones and iPads), though the installation is a bit trickier due to Apple's restrictions — you will need to install it via the TestFlight app as our iOS builds are in testing. But don't worry, we provide clear instructions for whatever platform you choose.
How long does the whole process take?

It typically takes 3 to 7 days to complete a game, depending on the details of your order. If you need it sooner for an upcoming event, just let us know. We’ll tell you right away if we can meet your deadline.
What if I want to change something in the final game?

We want you to be happy with the gift. Once the game is ready, we'll send you a preview. If you notice a typo or want a small detail changed, just tell us. We include 1 or 2 rounds of minor revisions to make sure everything looks right before the final delivery.
How will I receive the final game?

Once your game is ready and approved, we’ll send you a secure download link (or an installation guide if you chose iOS).
