1. Eligibility

  • If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • By purchasing or creating custom games, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.

2. Accounts

  • You may need an account to place orders, track games, download or play games through the Muksun Games App.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

  • We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed before we begin personalizing or distributing a game.

  • For digital/customized products, all sales are final (see Section 6).

  • We use third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and policies as well.

4. Custom Content and User Submissions

  • You may provide names, images, or other personal content for use in your custom game.

  • By submitting this content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  • We reserve the right to reject content that is offensive, illegal, or violates our standards.

5. Delivery and Distribution

  • Personalized games are created and distributed digitally. Delivery may occur through:

    • Download links sent by email,

    • Access within the Muksun Games App, or

    • Other digital methods we provide.

  • Once a game is ready, you may be required to log in to the Muksun Games App to download, unlock, or play your custom game.

  • Access is typically tied to your account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device.

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery and access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Because our products are custom-made digital goods, refunds or cancellations are not available once production has begun.

  • If you experience technical issues with downloads, app access, or game play, please contact us at support@muksungames.com, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original content, branding, software, the Muksun Games App, and designs provided by Muksun Games are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • Except for your personal non-commercial use, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent.

  • Game templates, code, and systems remain our property; you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use your purchased custom game via our Services and the Muksun Games App.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our platform or the Muksun Games App.

  • Upload or submit content that is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights.

  • Share, resell, or redistribute purchased custom games outside of the Muksun Games App without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services, including the Muksun Games App, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free software, or compatibility with every device.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muksun Games is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services, except where required by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muksun Games, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services or the Muksun Games App;

  • Your submitted content;

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse our Services, or engage in unlawful activity. You may stop using the Services at any time.
