Common questions
Before you write
How long does it take?
Classic games take 4–7 days after you send your brief and photos (Rush: 2 days). Games built from scratch take 10–14 days (Rush: 7 days). In very busy weeks we'll tell you before you order if it will take longer.
Where is my order?
Include your order number (like #MG1023) when you write to us and we'll find your game faster.
