Muksun Games creates personalized video games designed to be one-of-a-kind gifts. You provide details, images, or stories, and we turn them into a fun, custom gaming experience

1. Choose a Game Theme – Pick from categories like adventure, fantasy, sports, holidays, or even custom storylines.
2. Personalize It – Share photos, names, messages, or other custom details

Select a game type you wish to order, then click the "Describe and order" button.

Give us the information: see how to fill the game form

1. General about your game: game name, number of players, your device, game theme etc
2. Description and some photos of game characters

Once your description is done, click 'Add to cart'. When you're ready to complete your purchase, go to your cart and click "Checkout".

Please be ready to provide both information and photos for your personalized game.

STEP 1 — General

1. Where will you play - What device will you play your game on: iOS (iPhone/iPad) or Android.

If you play on iOS - you will need to install Muksun Games App

If you play on Android - you can download you game directly on your device - no need to install the app.

2. Name your game - Pick a title for your game (e.g., “Alex’s Adventure”).

3. Theme & Visual - the main theme of your game, how it's going to look like:

- Ready-to-use theme → Choose a professionally designed pre-made theme for a faster delivery + beautiful results. See examples of Ready-to-use themes here

If you choose any theme with Your Hometown, please provide your hometown/city name bellow.

-Build from scratch → Every single asset is built for you. You control every detail (NPCs, enemies, collectibles, etc.). It takes longer to product (~ 7 days) and it's more expensive because it requires more developing & artistic work.

STEP 2 — Hero / Heroes

Hero / Protagonist is a character you will control in the game. You can add up to 3 hero characters and switch / choose who you want to play for.

1. Enter Hero name - name your hero character.
2. Hero Image - Upload a photo of the hero. We avoid using ai, therefore we will use the photo you provide for your character. Make sure that the photo is:

- portrait style, good quality

- natural lighting, no filters, so sunglasses

STEP 3 — Side Characters: Companions and Statics

Side Characters = Friendly Non-Playable Characters
Those are characters your hero/heroes will interract with.

There are 2 types of Side characters:

• A companion - is a friend that follows your character everywhere and keeps your hero safe

• A Static character- will meet your hero along the way. They will not move, but can engage in a dialogue with you hero.

For each side character provide:

• Name
• Catch Phrase
• Photo (good quality, portrait style, natural lighting)

You can add multiple Side characters

STEP 4 — Enemies

Enemies (regular or the Final Boss)  = bad characters that will try to harm your hero, they must be defeated or avoided. If no custom enemies added, default enemies will be used.

Types:

• Regular Enemy → appears many times in the game. Regular enemies are weak and easy to destroy.
  

• Final Boss → the ultimate challenge, will appear in the end of your game, hard to defeat
  

For each custom enemy provide:

• Enemy Name
• Description
• Catch Phrase
• Image
  

FINAL SETTINGS

1. Collectibles (common & rare)  = items your hero can pick up.

Types:

• Common collectibles → common items in vide games (coins, stars, rings, cookies, etc.)
  

• Personal rare Collectible → your own custom / personal item your hero finds once per level. You will need to provide image and/or description for that item.

2. This Video game is for minors - check this field if this game is for minors/kids. We will adjust the content appropriately.

3. This is a gift - if you want to give this game to someone else, make sure to check this field. We will share this game with you and the gift recipient person. You will need to provide the recipient's email.

4. I own permissions for these images - You must confirm that you own the images you upload.

5. Accept Privacy Policy and Terms
Required to submit.

Absolutely! Personalized games make unforgettable gifts.

1. Check “This game is a gift” in the customization form
2. Add the recipient's email

Alternatively, you can contact us and let us know you'd like to give your game as a gift: we will share your game with a provided recipient. Please contact us

You can make minor adjustments while your game is in production (such as swapping images or adding/removing characters). Please note that these changes may extend the development timeline. To request an adjustment, please contact us directly.

Once your game is ready, you are entitled to one free round of minor revisions (e.g., fixing a typo or swapping an image). These revisions typically take up to 3 business days.

Please be aware that additional edits may incur a small customization fee.

Currently, our video games are single-player first. 

We’re exploring couch co-op variants; ask us about early access.

To install your game, you first need to install Muksun Games app that contains your game.

1.  Install Apple TestFlight  (with Muksun Games inside), click here

2. Inside Apple TestFlight app, you will find Muksun Games app. Click Install

3. Log in your account (your password was sent to you via no-reply@muksungames.com when you purchased your custom video game)

When you order your video game, we send your Muksun Games account password via email right away via no-reply@muksungames.com. Check your inbox

Once logged in, Go to My library, Install your game (if available).

Once your game is installed, go to Downloaded, click on a game's name and play it

No need for the app, you can easily install your Muksun video game directly on your Android device.

How to Install on Android

1. When your game is ready, we sent you an email notifying you. The email will contain a file with your video game.
2. Download the File: Tap the download link or the file attachment. The file will end in .apk.
3. Open the File: Once the download finishes, tap the notification in your status bar or find the file in your device's Files or Downloads folder.
4. Allow Permission: If you see a pop-up saying your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps, tap Settings on that pop-up and toggle on "Allow from this source."

5. Install: Go back and tap Install.

6. Play: Once installed, tap Open to start your game.

To do so, while ordering your custom video game, please check 'this game is a gift' check box. Once you custom video game is ready, we will share access with both you and the recipient. Each logs into the app to play.

Once your game is ready, we will notify you and send you installation instructions.

for iOS: Install Muksun Games App (beta) via Apple TestFlight

1. Install the Muksun Games app (see above).
2. Log in to your account (we send your password for your account in Muksun Games app via noreply@muksungames.com after you make a purchase. Please check your email)
3. Once logged in, go to My Library and install your game.
4. Play it from Downloaded

Order Cancellation 

You can cancel your order for free within 12 hours after ordering your game.

After that period, cancelling will require a fee:

• after 12 - 24h: 30% of the order
• after 24h: 50% of the order

Refunding Your order

Due to the nature of product (Your game is fully personalised), it cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.

However, due to a technical issues on our side, we will work with you to resolve the issues and refund you if needed.
