At Muksun Games, we specialize in personalized digital games. Because every order is custom-made for you, we operate under specific return and refund conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Goods – All Sales Are Final
- All products offered by Muksun Games are customized digital goods (e.g., personalized video games, asset bundles, downloadable content).
- Once production begins or a game has been delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
- This policy is necessary because each order is created uniquely for the customer and cannot be resold.
2. Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation before production begins.
- Once our team starts customizing your game, the order is locked in and cannot be canceled.
- If you believe you placed an order in error, please contact us immediately at support@muksungames.com.
3. Technical Issues
We want you to enjoy your purchase without interruption. If you experience problems such as:
- Inability to download your game,
- Errors accessing your game through the Muksun Games App, or
- Technical malfunctions affecting basic playability,
Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@muksungames.com. We will:
- Verify the issue,
- Provide technical assistance, and if necessary,
- Re-deliver or repair the game files at no additional cost.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate orders caused by a system error,
- Unauthorized charges confirmed by your payment provider, or
- Failure to deliver the purchased game (and our support team cannot resolve it).
In these cases, refunds will be made to your original payment method.
